Making Christmas cookies

We made two kinbds of Christmas cookies. Gingerbread, and sugar.

Davis wanted chocolate chips and Moira didn't, so we split the batch in half and they each got what they wanted.

The kids had a really good time decorating the cookies. They learned how to dip the cookies into the royal icing to get them fully covered.

There was a wide variety of shapes. Davis mostly went for full coverage of candy.

Moira went more for making the cookies realistic.
