The other Christmas present we made were sharpie decorated tiles. You draw on a tile with sharpies, and then put rubbing alcohol on them. The rubbing alcohol makes the colors run together
We discovered that minimalist art doesn't work very well for this. This is Moira's first batch, and she had to redo 4 of them because the colors got spread so thin when it was all dry, you couldn't see much of anything on them.
Davis did a little better, but he re did some of his too.
