We needed a lot of egg whites for a recipe, so we decided to make egg tempera with the egg yolks. Moira drew her own picture with sharpies.
Davis needed my help and encouragement to draw his picture, but he got there eventually. I drew the head and body shape with this direction, and then he added details.
Moira's finished hearts. They each picked a color, and Cameron picked the third, but the red and pink turned out to be almost identical.
When Moira was finished with her egg painting, she wanted to make a mixed media painting.
She used watercolors, dot painters, and finger paints.
Davis's finished octo-rex. Notice the four eyes, and one large nose.
